Surprise

I have a date on Wednesday.

Someone I met at a gig last weekend.

He was the house manager at the venue where we played. He wrote me afterward, and then we wrote all week.

He's coming to visit.

We're both a little scared... but I think it's that kind of scared that you get before the late late show, when you have popcorn and a blankie and you know the Frankenstein isn't really real, just a good makeup job.

I'm a little beside myself, but I will try to behave.
